MicroBotox is one of the latest trends to hit skincare, and has become extremely popular amongst those who are fans of Botox. Botox is the world famous Neuromodulator injectable treatment, that uses the botulinum toxin to help reduce the appearance of fine lines, facial depressions, wrinkles, expression lines, as well as a number of new, and unique uses.
What is MicroBotox?
MicroBotox is simply the use of Botox in extra small amnounts in order to help patients achieve small, yet noticeable results along the facial contours. For more information about Botox overall, be sure to checkout our Botox page.
How Does it Work?
While Botox is known for its amazing results, and its all-around efficiency at smoothing out facial wrinkles, and dealing with expression lines – MicroBotox allows patients to get an adequate amount of correction without going overboard, and sacrificing that “natural”, un-enhanced look. MicroBotox is known to leave the skin looking extremely delicate and untouched, with a naturally appearing lift, and amazingly shrunken pores. While a smaller amount of the Botox chemical is used, some patients experience results that are just as noticeable and sometimes, more along their desired lines.
Typically, MicroBotox injections are performed at the superficial level and never go too far deep into the facial muscle tissue. This allows for a more superficial correction, and works best in the closing and shrinking of pores.
Using strategic micro-injections of the Botox compound, we are able to apply a far more controlled level of correction and works well in concert with other aesthetic care treatments.
Side Effects or Downtime
MicroBotox is similar to Botox as in it is minimally-invasive, patients will receive a small injection that doesn’t reach into the dermal muscle tissue. As a result, there is 0 downtime and patients can return to their daily activities immediately after treatment.
Results
Patients can experience amazing results from only one session of MicroBotox, however in order to keep results constant it is advised that you repeat it every 4-6 months on average. Patients can expect targeted facial smoothness, and amazingly shrunken pores. For more information on MicroBotox and to schedule your consultation, contact us today.
